Who we are
This website is operated by MofoliFX. You can reach us through the Support section of your account. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) we use on mofoli.com, why, how long they last and how you can change your choice. For other personal data, see the Privacy notice.
What we use
Strictly necessary. These make the site work: they keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. They do not need your consent. You can block them in your browser, but the account, licenses and support will then stop working.
Analytics. They help us count visits, pages, countries, devices and downloads. They are set only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. Nothing from Google Analytics is loaded before that.

We measure page views, downloads of the indicator and of the User Manual, and the creation of a free license. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, we do not build advertising audiences and we do not combine the data with other sources.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary storage is needed to provide the service you ask for and to run the site (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); Section 155 of the Hungarian Electronic Communications Act does not require consent for it. Analytics rests on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the same Section 155).
Your choice
- The banner asks you to Accept or Decline analytics. Both buttons are equally easy to use, and declining does not limit how you can use the site.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. When you withdraw, we stop sending data to Google Analytics and delete the analytics cookies on this site. Processing before the withdrawal stays valid.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Third parties and transfers
Google Analytics is provided by Google, which may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Retention
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically. The cookies last as shown in the table.
Your rights and complaints
You may ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us through the Support section of your account. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we add cookies or change how we use them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
